Diana is a member of the state bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

​

Diana is also a licensed mediator and served as a Practitioner Contributor to the ninth edition of Black’s Law Dictionary.

​

Diana earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law where she was a member of the South Texas Law Review, Order of Lytae and valedictorian of her class. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Managerial Studies (with emphasis in economics and finance) from Rice University and had a successful career in the capital markets before attending law school.

​

Diana began her career at an international law firm practicing in the area of insurance coverage and litigation. Diana has litigated disputes arising from complex commercial transactions, consumer transactions, contracts, as well as premises liability claims and product liability claims. 

​

Diana uses her experience in the financial markets to assist clients with business formation and dissolution as well as the resolution of commercial disputes. 

​

Diana is also an experienced family lawyer who provides advice and representation on divorce, child custody, and the establishment and enforcement of child support.  Diana’s financial background allows her to advise her clients on issues arising from the division of large estates, including closely held business interests.

Diana also assists clients with wills, guardianships, special needs trusts and related matters.
